Fusion INV: Records Are Not Showing Up In Electronic Records Page After Approval On The Electronic Signatures Approval Notification

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Inventory
The application forwards an approval notification for electronic signature, but customer is unable to sign
Signer field should show the approver's name with comments on the report output
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cloud App > Supply Chain Exe > Inventory Mgt > Tasks : Manage Lots > perform lot status update for desired lot
2. Submit for approval > Notification for approval sent to Approver > Approver updates the comments and approves the lot status change
3. Ran Process "Extract Workflow Tasks for Archive" to import the records on the Electronic Records page > process successful > select Electronic Records UI > no record found
4. Table EDR_Records shows "ORA_AWAITING_APPROVAL" status > It seems even though user has approved, records are not getting updated in the table
