Symptoms
At Report Options, when you change the checkbox "Show Worksheet Orders" and click on Save button an error message appears and the value does not change.
Steps to replicate:
1) On MFCS, go to Application Administration > Report Options
2) Click on checkbox "Show Worksheet Orders" to change their value.
3) Click on Save button, or Save and Close.
4) An error message appears.
An error occured in the Database due to an integrity constraint violation. Please contact System Administrator
