RTV IGS Inserts Incorrect Values In The RTV_DETAIL.Qty_Requested Column (Doc ID 2788742.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 28, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version 19.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When injecting (via IGS) RTVs, if you inject the same item into the node RTVDtl, the IGS doesn't aggregate the quantities inserted in the field RTV_DETAIL.qty_requested.

Instead it only considers the first node and the next will only update the RTV_DETAIL.qty_returned and not the RTV_DETAIL.qty_requested.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Create and inject an IGS payload with the same item ID with different unit_qty.

For example:

2. Check the RTV_DETAIL table:

a) In the field qty_requested, the value is 1.
b) In the field qty_returned, the value is 3.
