Symptoms

Problem Description:

After entering in several candidate security profiles, the following error occurs after attempting to add one more:

There are 20 active Candidate Security Profiles. You can activate up to 20 Candidate Security Profiles.

 When selecting the Enable check box on the 21st candidate security profile, the following error occurs:
