Audit On Person/Account Tables Updated Via FileRequest (Doc ID 2788965.1)

We have a file request type for Customer Interface which is updating Person and Account tables. The Person (CI_PER and child tables) and Account (CI_ACCT and child tables) tables have audit enabled, but while processing the File the details are getting updated but the Audit entry is not captured in Audit tables. Please suggest what configuration needs to be done to capture the Audit details for tables which are updated via File Request Type.
