Unable To Send Translation Data To The Store From Xadmin

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is no facility to send down translations of Items that are included in table com_translations.
Some customers have the ability to publish item data to new stores, multinational/multilingual customers manage the item descriptions using translation tables.
There is currently no way to publish the translations from Xadmin, therefore they can send their item data to a new store but not the item descriptions (translations).
