Goal

We have a set up where we are not using the Loss of Eligibility in the Plan not in program configuration. When the life event was processed, for one employee- 5001912 who had 3 dependents (2 eligible as of 6/25/21), there was no change in the enrollments. But for another employee- 5270165 who has 2 dependents (1 eligible as of 6/25/21), the enrollments ended one day before event.

We want to understand when the life event configuration itself is not present for that set up, why is it dropping the coverage.

Option level - 2 min dependent is set for the options enrolled.
