Issues in deleting entity assignment of classification category

While doing tax setups-Manage Classification Categories- Under category- 'Incoterms' one entity assignment row is added by mistake- Now we are not able to delete it- even after clicking delete button and saving it.

1. Is it possible to delete the Entity assignment row
2. Is there any implication of the wrongly added row- if yes how can we ensure that it doesn't impact anything since it is production instance.
