Error while saving Cloud Branding changes in IDCS (Doc ID 2789690.1)

While changing the image icons via., Cloud Branding in IDCS, received the below error:

"one or more services are unavailable at the moment".

All the uploaded images are with in the size limit and are below 300kb.
