Last updated on MAY 16, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud Service - Version 11.13.21.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer have a custom field named CDB Party Number (here C,D,B,P,N are in upper case) which is used for searching any account in workspace. When they use this field as a filter in the workspace, they found that the value in the filter is coming in mixed cased.

eg. In Workspace, filter by "CDB Party Number" and search for CDB123456.

a) The value that comes up in the initial drop-down search is a mixed case (Cdb123456 instead of CDB123456)
b) The value that gets added to the multi-select checkboxes in the filter is similarly mixed case (Attached screenshot)

Although, the final value in the result set comes out to be of correct case.
