Symptoms

When attempting to Create a supplier of an approved supplier registration and having a supplier Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) with dependent values the following error occurs.

Buyer xxxxxx is not in the List of Values


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an internal/external supplier registration
2. Approve Supplier Registration
3. Observe how the supplier registration is approved but the Supplier Creation Status is Error
4. Review Error of supplier creation, observe how DFF are populated accordingly but still error is triggering
