Symptoms
Symptoms

1) What occurred?
Absence Type list of values displays a message in Add Absence for the Mobile Application.
"No Suggestions to Display"
2) Where did it occur?
Mobile Application for PROD
2) Actual behavior?
Type does not display any values.
8) Expected behavior?
The type should display the eligible absence types.
8) What is working?
Can enter the absence via the desktop application and mobile browsers.
Steps to reproduce
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log in to the mobile application
2) Navigate to Add Absence
3) Click on the Type list of values
4) See the message
