On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employees with a termination date of April 5 have a blank P60 issued.
The respective employees have had taxable payments processed to them during the tax year.

The data for the respective employees is archived but the records are not in the P60 audit report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employers are expected to:
"Give a P60 to all employees on your payroll who are working for you on the last day of the tax year (5 April)."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run End of Year P60 report - Date in tax year: 05/04/2021
2. Employees with a termination date of 05/04 are picked up for processing
but the records are not present in the P60 audit report
3. Blank P60 generated in DoR/for print for the employee
