Symptoms

Symptoms

1) What occurred?
An error is thrown in the responsive time card when adding a Custom Time Attribute to the Layout.

2) What has changed?
Addition of a Custom Time Attribute to the Layout Set. The Custom Time Attribute is using a value set of type Character and Text with Module Web Entry.

3) Actual behavior?
Error is thrown in the responsive time card when adding a Custom Time Attribute.

4) Expected behavior?
Users should be able to use custom time attributes without an issue.

5) What is working?
Other seeded time attributes are working when a specific Custom Time Attribute is not used.

ORA-01861: literal does not match format string

Steps to reproduce
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1) Create a Custom Time Attribute with a value set of Type Character and Text with a max length of 70.
2) Add (pStartTime) Start Time and (pEndTime) End of Shift as filters.
3) Create a Single Time Attribute Component .
4) Add it to all of the layouts in the Layout Set.
5) Create a time card and receive the error.
