The Data Elements (DE) Displayed On A Bulk Edit Page Do Not Correspond With the Data Elements Listed In the Integration Form As Expected (Doc ID 2790538.1)

When performing a Bulk Edit of a Business Process record, there are some data elements not displayed on the Bulk Edit form that are included on the Integration form. It was noted that the CSV Import template includes all expected data elements from the Integration form.

Data Elements included on the BP Integration form were expected to also be available on the Bulk Edit form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the BP is in user > User Mode > Upper BP node > Business Process Log > Select record(s) > Actions > Bulk Edit...
  3. The "Bulk Edit" window opens > Some percentage less than 100% of all the Data Elements listed on the Integration Form are displayed in Bulk Edit.
  4. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Company Workspace > uDesigner > Business Processes > Select the BP that was tested in step 2 > Integration > Upper > Open the Upper Form > Data Elements tab.
  5. Note the list of Data Elements configured.
