Symptoms

An Offboarding Checklist which acts on the Action "Resignation" has been created from:

home/my client groups/(show more quick actions)/Checklist templates

The Checklist contains two tasks, for example:

The expectation is that when an Employee resigns, the Employee will be allocated the "Leaver Needs to Return Laptop" checklist

And that the Manager will be allocated the "Manager Needs to Confirm Receipt of Laptop" checklist.

However, what actually happens is that the Employee is assigned both checklists, in:
