Symptoms

When P6 Professional using CloudConnect is left idle for a period of time (~1 hour), the following error occurs:

TCVirtualTable.LoadDelayedMemo: table=(Calendar), sql=(), Exception=(Unknown CloudDataType)

The following Exception Report is also received:

UCDT-3581-D
Unknown CloudDataType

An error is also generated in the Primavera.CacheService.log:

Information Debug Exception occured in HeartBeat request: Unknown CloudDataType
Information Exception Exception in CloudHydrator while invoking request: System.Exception: Unknown CloudDataType
