Can't Create a Service Connection To JDE Trial Edition in Visual Builder (Doc ID 2790777.1)

After installing a JDE trial version instance 9.2.5.3 with orchestrator in OCI, trying to then create service connection to https://152.70.117.196:7077/jderest/v3/open-api-catalog document jderestV3OpenApiCatalog3 but get an error that it does not exist.

Do we need to do some additional setup or configuration to be able to not have this error and be able to create a VBCS application
