When employee add the “Enroll parent/Inlaw” life event through report a life event functionality and after clicking on continue eligible parent/inlaw dependent is not visible under Employee + Family (Including Parent) option.
But if we add the same event manually from Benefit Admin, the same option is visible and allowing admin to enroll parent/inlaws.
