Symptoms

OCI Cloud VM cloning is taking long time.
Oracle Linux 7

 

On target DB System:

# dbcli list-jobs
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Fail to start hand shake to localhost:7070.


# netstat -an|grep -i 3306
# lsof -i TCP:3306

# systemctl status mysqld

mysqld.service - MySQL Server
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/mysqld.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: inactive (dead) since Mon 2021-07-12 23:12:58 UTC; 1h ago
