Symptoms

 UI errors with IDCS-xxxxxxx cannot connect in a hosting environment, pop-up screen in CX Sales/Fusion.

 

Changes

If FA environment is using the Out-of-the-box Federation with IDCS, most likely FA is set to be the IDP. If there's an external IDP in the picture, the flow will need to be corrected and allow IDCS to act as IDP.
