Inconsistency observed while creating a new line for existing contract
We noticed below behavior from UI - Front end

Case 1 : Disabled automatic line numbering check box
Created a new contract and line number is not auto populated.

Case 2: Enabled automatic line numbering check box
1. For the same contract created in case 1 line number is not getting auto populated.
2. Created a brand new contract where line number is getting auto populated.

Looks like inconsistent, basically it is not considering the current status of the automatic line numbering check box for previously created contracts.
