ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A connection to the server has failed error on Setup and Maintenance

Attempting to access "Manage Email Configuration, Registration, and Validation" task, the page keep working for a while and then we get an error: A connection to the server has failed. (Status=504).

Expect Manage Email Configuration, Registration, and Validation page to open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup & Maintenance
2. Select Service>Communication Channel
3. Select Manage Email Configuration, Registration, and Validation
4. Observe error
