Symptoms


Error while uploading the file to Configuration Package to process Asset Categories.

ERROR
-----------------------

“The format of the file <> is invalid. Verify you selected to upload the correct configuration package file.”

and the Process is stucked in "not started"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Setup and Maintenance > Manage Configuration Packages
2. Search Package
3. Click Upload
