Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The publishing operation did not start as per the schedule defined in Publishing Tab in Admin

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once the Publishing Schedule is set in Admin, the items in the ChangeList should be published as per the time mentioned in the schedule.
