OMC: Maintenance Windows Repeat and Days of the Week of Start are Different (Doc ID 2792280.1)

Symptoms

Due to regular maintenance every Wednesday from 8:00 to 9:00, a maintenance window is configured tp avoid alerts when Tomcat is restarted.
However, if start is set before 9:00 AM and a maintenance window is created, then that start will be the next day of the week.
Therefore, the date of Tuesday must be set for Start as a provisional measure.
