Symptoms


Unable to upload data file for importing transaction.

ERROR
Your request couldnt be completed because of an error with the content management server. Contact your help desk. Your request couldnt be completed because of an error with the content management server. Contact your help desk. (MKT-285271) Details: The request couldnt be completed because of the following error: The attachment information cannot be retrieved. (FND-2403) Details: The attachment information could not be retrieved because the file repository is unavailable. Cause: The file repository is unavailable at this time. Action: Contact your help desk. Action: Resolve the error that the content management server displayed in the error message.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Tools > Import Management > Create Activity > Upload file and get error message.
