Symptoms
Actual Behavoir:
21B New Feature for Providing Rejection Reason, Testing this feature when entering the Rejection Reason and rejected the registration
Request is stuck in Pending Approval
Expected Behavior:
Expect the Rejection should go through without stuck in Pending Approval
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start using 21B New Feature
2. Create Spend Authorized Registration (Internal ) and submit for approval
3. Approver Receives notification, entered rejection reason and submit
4. Request stuck in Pending Approval
