Goal

There is an issue in ReportService API. It returns "Analytics server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
Is this a known issue or is it due to any modifications to the API?

The API is /OnDemand/user/ReportService and uses the V3 catalogue.
Params are as follows
Method=ReportExecute
Catalog=V3m
Path=/*report path*/
Format=CSV
Refresh=Y

This has been working fine until recently.
