ISSUE: Adyen Payment Gateway does not load / Adyen Payment Gateway Installation and Enable.  User is trying to install the "Adyen Payment Gateway" by following the steps outlined at the following URL. https://docs.adyen.com/plugins/oracle-commerce-cloud/install-the-extension.  After the installation, It says successful. But doesn't show under the admin "Settings > Payment Processing" dropdown. Can you please look into this.

ERROR: None shown but "payment gateway" does not show up in admin under "Settings > Payment Processing"
