Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing

When attempting to migrate all the allocation rules between environments using an Implementation Project and a Configuration Package the import process is resulting into the  error below.

ERROR
-----------------------
Business object: Allocation Rule. Status: Completed with errors. Status details: importData:Could not get Key from Calc Manager

Review and report the errors for this object to product General Ledger.
The size of the file GL_ALLOCATIONS.xml in the zip file for business object Allocation Rule is 232.03 MB. Product owner should consider processing data in smaller batches to avoid the risk of performance issues.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating a Implementation project and a Configuration Package using the task  Manage Allocations and Periodic Entries.
2. Use Export setup data on the source environment and use the generated zip file on an Import setup data on the target environment
3. The import process fails
