Goal

Find a difference in the UI and backend data for Manage Suppliers > Location Delivery Schedules > Manage Schedules.

1. Loaded a file through the DC tool.
2. Schedule got created with the correct date and timestamp.
3. In the backend, START_TIME and END_TIME show Date values, but they are incorrect values.

Would you please let us know why there is a mismatch?
