Goal

Why the user is unable to add a new content section for the Job Profiles and Position Profiles.

The content section 'Personality'(Based on Skill Template) is an existing content section in the Person Profile and Talent Profile Subscriber is added but still it does not appear in drop down while adding content section in Job profile.
