Symptoms

Oracle Blockchain Platform (OBP) instance have severla Private data collections configured. It seems the data is not purged correctly for private collection.

1 When running a query on peer1 OBP it works without an error.

stub.GetPrivateData("<Private_Data_Collection_Name>", ID) -> returns no data (because it was purged?), however also there is no error.

2. When running exactly same query on peer0 , it gives following error:

Why inconsistent response across both peers? How can it fixed? Was the private data is getting purged too soon from peer0?
