Symptoms

REST API : onhandQuantityDetails returns incorrect Onhand quantity for an Item at the Subinventory Level

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke REST API- onhandQuantityDetails
2. Pass Parameters OrganizationCode, ItemNumber, LotNumber and SubinventoryCode


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
API response should match to the onhand available in the system
