 1. Description: Liability balance ending in negative(few pennies) after the last payment/last interest is paid.

2. Customer Requirement: Liability balance should become zero after the last payment/last interest is paid, even if the Lease is not in its final Period.

Changes

 No changes, but desire to modify current functionality per customer requirements. Lookup FA_BUG32803645_NEW_CODE introduced to handle the requirement.
