Symptoms

When attempting to view PDF of Questionnaire from supplier Portal
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Questionnaire
2. Search for questionnaire
3. On results tab click on view PDF and observe the error
