Symptoms
Unable to create a new total when another total is open in RESA.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to Manage Total definitions in task bar and search.
2. Open an existing total.
3. Go back to to total search window.
4.Create a new total from total search window.
5.Unable to create a new total.
