Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee is on absence for the partial period:
1 Aug to 10 Aug - Absence
11-Aug 31-August regular salary

Employer contribution is getting calculated based on only assumed pensionable pay indicating employee is on absence for entire month.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The employer contribution should be calculated as 10 days of absence based on assumed pensionable pay and 21 days of working based on pensionable earnings.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add Absence to the employee > Run payroll.
2. See incorrect results.
