Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Status, Score, and Band Are Missing from SHL Assessment Results (Doc ID 2794236.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

A candidate has completed an SHL Assessment and the reports are available for download.

When selecting the View Results link, the Status, Score, and Band are not coming back through into Recruiting.

In the candidate's job application under Screening > Assessments, the status is showing as Initiated.
