How to add below additional fields in Total Compensation statement

Grade
Job Family
Job Group
Salary Range
Position In Salary Range

As Total compensation is delivered report and we found that above values are not fetched currently in it.
However few values like Job,Position,Salary are available, so we assume there must be some setup to include above values in the report.
