Unable to Import Attachments via CSV When the Files Have No Extension

When importing CSV files, Unifier sometimes skips importing certain attachments.
Importing CSV files with attachments should complete without incident.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier
- Navigate to the necessary workspace
- Select the Business Process
- Import the CSV file
- Add the attachment
- Complete the import
- Notice that not all of the attachments are imported
