Enabling Data Guard Fails In Baremetal Env When Primary DB Has Same DB_NAME And DB_UNIQUE_NAME (Doc ID 2794678.1)

Symptoms

Baremetal environment.
Primary DB was created using dbcli with db_name and db_unique_name as same.
Enabling DG failed and RMAN log at traget shows the following:

connected to auxiliary database (not started)
released channel: DG_ORA_DISK_1
released channel: DG_ORA_DISK_2

Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
