Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to terminate an employee
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

• Go to quick action – termination
• Search for the person
• Terminate the person.
• The transaction goes to approval
• This person claims the transaction and approves it
• Transaction is failing after it is approved
