-- quotes : begin ----------------------------------------------------
Using Wildcards

Use the percent (%) wildcard to get records that replace the wildcard with
zero or more characters. Use the underscore (_) to replace the wildcard with
exactly one character.

To include % or _ in your search results, precede the symbol with a
backslash (\) when you enter the search term. The symbol won't act as a
wildcard, but as any other character in your search term.

example
Search Term / Matches
-----------------------
Amount \% / The phrase amount %
-- quotes : end ----------------------------------------------------

However, in Manage Invoices page, the backslash (\) does not work like above description when searching invoices.
