On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Manage Advanced Collections

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Strategy is not changing on the customer account after running Collections processes.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Different Strategy should be assigned to the customer after running below Collections processes

1. Process  Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
2. Run Collections Delinquency Management
3. Run Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
4. Run Update Collections Summary Data

Changes

Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment (finest level log) showing following error:

iex_strategy_cnt_pub.initializeStrategySetups() error: -1427 ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
IEX Strategy Management concurrent program failed to run as the collections method is set up for DUNNING.
