How to Retrieve the Approval History of Completed Workflows? (Doc ID 2795403.1)

Goal

The Approval History is no longer available for old and completed workflows for Expense Reports, Payables Invoices and Cash Advances.

When searching in the approval notifications >  View Approvals options > shows an error : "Approval History isn't available"
