Goal
To setup credit card transaction query feature in Oracle Fusion Payments Cloud Service and Public Sector Cloud products.
While processing credit card payment from Fusion Public Sector Cloud (pay permit fees etc), loss of internet connectivity or non-recommended user actions (back button or refresh on browser) may cause data inconsistency between Fusion Payments and Cybersource payment gateway. Credit card payment is successfully completed in CyberSource, but response is not updated within Fusion Payments and Fusion Public Sector Cloud. In Public Sector, payment still shows as unprocessed and allows user to initiate another payment. This will result in duplicate payments on Citizen's credit card.
