After following the steps to

1. create a custom Human Capital Management Integration Specialist Job Role and adding the Use REST Service - Job Requisitions end point
2. create a custom View All data role, based on the customer HCM Integration Specialist Job Role
3. and submitting a request to retrieve Recruiting Job Requisitions record using the GET Method using Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs via the URI hcmRestApi/resources/latest/recruitingJobRequisitions
4. the payload response is empty

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The payload response should return the expected Recruiting Job Requisition object records

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a custom Human Capital Management Integration Specialist Job Role and adding the Use REST Service - Job Requisitions and other ORC-related privileges
2. create a custom View All data role, based on the customer HCM Integration Specialist Job Role
3. and submitting a request to retrieve Recruiting Job Requisitions record using the GET Method using Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs via the URI hcmRestApi/resources/latest/recruitingJobRequisitions
4. the payload response is empty
