ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System generates more than one task per aisle/area combination. This forces us to carry out picking in the same aisle/area up to 15 times.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

WMS should generate 1 task per aisle/area combination.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Task Template with the following ordering criteria and no selection criteria:

TaskCreateRule1       20                 From Active Location Location Area                    1
TaskCreateRule1       10                 From Active Location Location Pick Sequence      0
2. Run a Wave with allocation mode to restrict a specific area.
3. See that several tasks were created for the same Area/Aisle combination.
